The beginning of the month calls for new and fresh beginning. I hope everyone got to start the beginning of their new month off right. Sundays are always fun chill days at my house. On Sunday mornings I usually wake up later in the morning because it’s my one day for me to sleep in. If you’re a student and have a job you know that you never get much sleep and it feels like you never get a break. Being able to take one day out of the week for yourself is very necessary. Yesterday morning I got up and had breakfast. I got up and made biscuits and gravy and if you have never made them before it’s super simple. I would like to say I’m a pro at making biscuits and gravy and each time I make them they get better than the last. Okay no onto how to make them. You want to begin by just buying some biscuits from your local grocery store, they’re usually by the cinnamon rolls. You will also want to buy the country gravy sauce along with sausages. A gravy packet tells you on the back what to put into it to make it and you can even replace the water with milk if you want a creamier gravy but either way it’ll turn out tasting good. You want to try to get everything on cooking at once. Put the biscuit on a cookie sheet and let them bake in the oven. Then, turn on a skillet and let it warm up and begin putting the sausages in and letting them cook until they’re a brown color. The gravy pretty much cooks itself except that it needs to be stirred frequently. Once the sausages are all done cooking you want to take them out and cut them into little pieces and mix those pieces in with the gravy. I know it sounds weird but believe me it’s delicious!
