Wings really are a part of my life. Its usually routine for me and my family to eat them at least once a week. Going out somewhere to eat them gets pretty expensive so I have to find ways to not spend so much money at restaurants. So, if you are a wing lover like me and you keep reading I am going to teach you how to make wings at your house. The first thing that you want to do is go to the store and look for chicken wings that you like. You can either get them from the chicken section in your local Walmart/target or you can get them from the freezers, they come in a bag. You then want to get the hot sauce of your liking along with some fries to cook and some carrots and celery. Once you get home you want to find one of the biggest frying pans you have and fill it with oil about one third to half way. Turn on the stove to above medium heat and let the oil warm up. As soon as it’s warm enough you want to place the wings in the oil one at a time so that the oil doesn’t splash on you. You want to let the wings cook in the oil and turn them occasionally so that they get golden brown all the way around. Once they’re done, take them out and let them sit on a plate. You want to then put the hot sauce you bought in a sauce pan with a spoonful of butter and let it cook on the stove on low heat. You then pour the hot sauce over the wings and they’re ready to eat!
